You may use the Massudio website for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to use the website in a way that may damage, disrupt or interfere with its operation, security or availability.
We aim to ensure that the information presented on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we may update or change content, products, prices or availability where reasonably necessary.
Images and colours displayed on screen may vary slightly depending on your device and display settings.
Massudio offers physical products, digital content or a combination of both. The product page will indicate what type of product you are purchasing and what is included.
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Please read the product description and any relevant requirements before placing your order.
Digital products, including e-books and downloadable publications, are supplied electronically in the format described on the relevant product page. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of opening and using the stated file format.
By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms & Conditions.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct the information you have entered.
An order becomes binding when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation, subject to successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or misuse, or where we are unable to supply the product. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
Where applicable, prices include VAT or other taxes as required by law. Any additional charges that apply to an order will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed through our selected third-party payment service provider. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed or otherwise confirmed.
Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product through the method described during checkout, which may include an immediate download link and/or a link sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide another appropriate solution.
You may download and use the digital product only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the licence described below.
Consumers in the European Economic Area generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to certain exceptions.
For digital content that is supplied immediately and is not provided on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal may end once performance has begun, provided that you have expressly agreed to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
Where required, we will ask for this express consent and acknowledgement during checkout before providing immediate access to the digital content.
If these legal requirements have not been met, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a digital product is defective, inaccessible, corrupted or otherwise does not conform to what you were reasonably entitled to expect, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights, this may include restoring access, providing a replacement download, correcting the digital content, reducing the price or providing a refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
For further information about refunds and returns, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products purchased from Massudio are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights in the product to you.
You may download and store a copy of the digital product for your own personal use.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
• reproduce or distribute the digital product to others;
• share, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the digital product;
• upload or make the digital product available on file-sharing platforms, websites or other public or private distribution services;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices; or
• use substantial parts of the digital product to create or distribute a competing commercial product.
Any rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by Massudio and/or the relevant rights holder.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
Any changes will take effect from the date the updated Terms & Conditions are published on our website. The Terms & Conditions applicable to a purchase are those in effect at the time the order is placed, unless a change is required by applicable law.
The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of this page.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer living outside the Netherlands, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
