REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Policy – EU, UK & EFTA

Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom and EFTA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland) may return a physical product within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
• A refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Original standard delivery costs will be refunded.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying Massudio of the return.
• Products may only be handled to the extent necessary to inspect them. Any reduction in value resulting from further use may be deducted from the refund.

2. Return Policy – All Other Countries

For customers outside the EU, UK and EFTA, physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
• A refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges related to the return are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying Massudio of the return.
• Products must be returned in their original condition. Any reduction in value resulting from use or damage may be deducted from the refund.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@massudio.nl as soon as possible. For damaged items, we may ask you to provide photographs showing the damage. We will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. By choosing immediate access, you expressly consent to the delivery of the digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once the download has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law. 5. How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us at info@massudio.nl within the applicable return period, including your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address. Please do not send products back before contacting us.
